Management commitment is essential to the success of FOOTT.

Our Executive Management Team is led by the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and includes senior leaders responsible for key operational and corporate functions. Together, they oversee the strategic and day to day performance of the organisation, supported by a team of over 100 dedicated employees. The CEO reports to the Board of Management, which includes members of the FOOTT family.

The Board of Management is committed to allocating the necessary resources, including budget, staff and technology, to support the CEO in ensuring the work environment is safe, efficient, comfortable and productive for all employees, regardless of their position. Because EVERY employee matters.

By demonstrating a strong commitment to sustainability, reducing waste and promoting responsible waste management, FOOTT ensures all employees understand the importance of these initiatives and are motivated to contribute to their success. Leadership in this area helps the company to achieve its sustainability goals and build a positive reputation for environmental leadership.
