FOOTT secures waste collection contract further expanding our FOOTTprint!

FOOTT is pleased to announce that it has been awarded the contract to undertake bin collection services for the City of Greater Shepparton. The contract includes all forms of kerbside waste collection along with bulk transport services, which includes the transportation of waste to its correct facility.

This contract win, which was awarded for a period of 7.5 years with an optional 7.5-year extension, marks a significant milestone for FOOTT as it continues to expand its presence and deliver its unique value proposition to communities across the GV region and beyond.

FOOTT’s innovative approach to waste management, combined with its focus on sustainability and environmental stewardship, aligns closely with the City of Greater Shepparton’s commitment to promoting a cleaner and greener environment for its residents.

The benefits to the regional economy will be big, with the hiring of an additional 20 employees, including drivers, managers and support staff based in the region. The expansion of the FOOTT local infrastructure, and with suppliers in Shepparton also benefiting, it is also a win for the community.
